Re: Holiday Schedule
Due to the upcoming holidays, the payroll schedule will change.
For the few employees completing paper time sheets, please turn them in to your supervisors before you leave on December 23rd.
Payroll Editors and Approvers please process all Time Clock edits/approvals/information for submission no later than 8 am on Tuesday, December 27th. Information not approved and/or received after that time will be processed on the January 13, 2012 payroll.
Central Office will be closed on Monday, December 26th (Observance of the Christmas Holiday) and Friday December 30th (Observance of New Year's Day). For employees receiving paper checks, they will be available for pick up at Central Office on Thursday, December 29th between noon and 4 pm, else mailed. Paychecks will be dated December 30th. Direct Deposits will process as usual, effective December 30th.
