FirstClass Login Information

FirstClass always works better using client software.  The web interface is a good last resort when you cannot download and install software on the computer you are using.

Client Software Downloads:

Windows (11mb)  

Mac     (20mb)  

Linux (7mb)

After the first time (only) you install FirstClass software, you will have to fill in the server information located under the "advanced" down-arrow ---->

Type the server address as shown:

Type in your User ID and password.

You can alternately type your User ID and the server address, then click the "Save" button.

If you MUST use the web interface (not recommended) be SURE to log out of FirstClass (do not simply close the window) when you are done, or you may be temporarily locked out of FirstClass.
